If you sit for a long time, do what you can to keep your legs up.
Massage Therapy: This need not be done professionally or cost a lot of money. You can even massage your legs yourself. Massaging the affected areas improves blood circulation. However, avoid massaging the veins with direct pressure as this can damage the tissues.
