GO DARK

I said it before, but unlike its healthier relatives, dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids) is full of antioxidants, promotes heart health, and makes us happier!

There are a lot of dark eggs and some also fair trade – double brownie points!

MAKE YOURSELF FAST

Even though it may be easy to be happy about your egg, put this mindfulness into practice and eat it in small portions throughout the day instead of eating all at once!

Moderating sugar consumption avoids these sudden spikes, and although chocolate still leads to a little more sebum, your skin is more likely to conform to it without breaking out. If it does break out anyway, scroll down to find the products we recommend to help restore balance to blemished skin.

Walk in the Sunshine

If it's a wonderful Easter weekend, why not go for a walk? This may not necessarily prevent you from getting stains, but it is good for the mind (and for relieving stress in general) and prevents these unsaturated fats from depositing in unwanted areas …!
