Start your day with a homemade smoothie and prepare your ingredients the night before to save time in the morning.
I met with nutritionist Madeleine Shaw to find her favorite recipe for smoothies for glowing skin:
"It may seem strange to have an avocado in a smoothie – but believe me, it's great. It adds wonderful creaminess and also makes it a very filling breakfast.
Antioxidant-rich frozen berries are an absolute staple in my freezer. They are a fraction of the price of fresh berries and just as good! "
- 200 ml coconut water
- 1/2 avocado
- 100 g frozen mixed berries
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp if grated ginger
Instructions: Put everything in a blender and mix!
