<p> Yoga has been practiced in Hindu and Buddhist cultures for thousands of years. </p>
<p> In its oldest form, it was used to improve awareness and knowledge of the world around us, but various techniques have been developed over the centuries to focus on strength, meditation, and balance. </p>
<p> Most yoga classes combine gentle stretching with breathing exercises and various positions to improve core strength and flexibility. </p>
<p> If you haven't tried it yet, your first grade may be a little intense, but stick with it and you'll become a convert. </p>
